Business Operations Review
Limit 1 per order.
Find out where your business is losing time—and what to improve first.
For $125, MainStreet Business Works reviews one main workflow in your business and delivers a concise, branded 3–5 page Business Operations Action Plan.
Choose one process, such as inquiry to estimate, customer follow-up, scheduling, or recurring administrative work.
Includes:
• A standardized intake covering your current process, tools, responsibilities, and main business goal.
• Review of up to five supporting screenshots or sample documents.
• A high-level look at up to ten software tools or recurring services and their reported costs.
• A simple map of your selected workflow, highlighting what works and where tasks get delayed or repeated.
• One to three priority improvements, with practical next steps and suggested copy or process changes where relevant.
• An owner checklist separating changes you can make yourself from work that needs additional support.
• One round of factual corrections or clarification.
After purchase, complete a short intake form and provide the requested examples and tool list. Remove customer information and other sensitive details from your examples. Do not send passwords. Work begins once we have the required information and materials.
This service is usually completed within five business days after all required information and materials are received.
This review uses information you provide. The initial spending check may identify overlapping tools or costs worth investigating; it does not verify actual usage, reconcile transactions, or guarantee savings.
You receive an action plan. Records cleanup, detailed spending analysis, software configuration, CRM setup, integrations, automation, and implementation are not included. This is an operational review, not bookkeeping, tax preparation, or a financial audit. Time savings, cost reductions, and business results are not guaranteed.
We can also quote specific implementation projects, including organizing operating records, building trackers, configuring a CRM, creating follow-up workflows, and preparing staff procedures. We confirm access, compatibility, and feasibility before providing a proposal and accepting payment. Software fees are separate.
Pair this with:
• CRM & Workflow Review — evaluate how customer information, responsibilities, and follow-up are organized.
• Lead Capture Setup — give prospective customers a clear way to contact you.
• Website Review & Action Plan — identify improvements across the pages customers use.
Each complementary service is purchased and priced separately.
After checkout, look for your order-confirmation email containing your order number and Client Intake Form link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
