CRM & Workflow Review

$125.00

Limit 1 per order.

Find out whether your CRM makes customer follow-up easier—and what to improve first.

For $125, MainStreet Business Works reviews one existing CRM and one customer pipeline or workflow, then delivers a concise, branded 3–5 page CRM & Workflow Action Plan.

This review focuses on how your CRM organizes customer information, tracks progress, and supports the next action.

Includes:
• A standardized intake covering your CRM, selected workflow, team responsibilities, and main concern.
• Review of up to five supporting screenshots or sample views, with one clarification round during the review.
• Review of pipeline stages, key fields, task ownership, and follow-up reminders within the selected workflow.
• Identification of visible gaps, unnecessary steps, or unclear next actions.
• One to three priority improvements with practical recommendations.
• An owner checklist identifying changes you can make yourself and work that needs additional support.
• One round of factual corrections or clarification after delivery.

After purchase, complete a short intake form and provide the requested screenshots or sample views. Remove customer information and other sensitive details. Do not send passwords. Work begins once we have the required information and materials.

This service is usually completed within five business days after all required information and materials are received.

An existing CRM is required. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your system is suitable or cannot provide the requested views. If you do not have a CRM, ask about Business Operations Review or a separately quoted CRM Setup.

This review uses information you provide. Screenshots can show settings and organization, but do not verify that automations run, messages arrive, or integrations work. Any untested behavior or information gaps will be noted.

You receive an action plan. Live system changes, contact cleanup, duplicate removal, imports, migrations, automation setup, integrations, and staff training are not included. Time savings, sales, and other business results are not guaranteed.

Want help putting the plan into action?
CRM & Workflow Cleanup begins at $296 for an agreed set of changes. We confirm platform compatibility, access, and feasibility before providing a proposal and accepting payment.

Larger CRM setups, migrations, and integrations are quoted separately, with optional additions clearly itemized. Software and messaging fees are separate. Your review is a standalone service; implementation is a separate purchase.

Pair this with:
• Lead Capture Setup — give new inquiries a clear entry point.
• Business Operations Review — identify broader workflow bottlenecks affecting customer response.
• Google Review Request Setup — create a consistent process for requesting customer feedback.

Each complementary service is purchased and priced separately.

After checkout, look for your order-confirmation email containing your order number and Client Intake Form link. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
